These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by AI-Automation.sg ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
By engaging our services, accessing our website, or making payment for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
AI-Automation.sg provides:
AI automation solutions
CRM system setup and configuration
Workflow integrations
Cloud-based work system implementation
Subscription-based automation services
Ongoing support and optimisation services
Service scope will be defined in the quotation, proposal, or service agreement issued to the Client.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise specified.
Payments must be made according to the invoice due date.
For project-based work, deposits may be required before commencement.
Subscription services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
We reserve the right to engage recovery action for long overdue accounts.
4. Project Timeline & Delays
Project timelines provided are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
Client's failure to provide required information
Changes in project scope
Third-party platform limitations
Technical constraints beyond our control
AI-Automation.sg shall not be liable for delays caused by external systems or client-side dependencies.
5. Change of Scope
Any additional features, integrations, or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Revised quotations may be issued for approval before proceeding.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure lawful collection of personal data from their own customers
Maintain compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012
Safeguard login credentials and access permissions
AI-Automation.sg shall not be responsible for data misuse arising from Client negligence.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
GoHighLevel
Monday.com
Make.com
Zapier
Zoho
QuickBooks
Xero
Stripe
PayPal
ChatGPT
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, data loss, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All custom workflows, documentation, and system architecture designed by AI-Automation.sg remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive right to use delivered systems for internal business purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AI-Automation.sg shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead conversion rates, or business performance improvements.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments remain overdue
Services are used for unlawful activities
The Client breaches these Terms
Subscription services may be terminated with written notice in accordance with agreed billing cycles.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
